Thank you for your interest in our newly built custom ranch plan.  We designed this model looking for something a little different.  Everything we create is custom with attention to details.  Our overall process is simple; it starts with getting together and talking through ideas.  For the last 15 years, we have built over 400 homes, so we have experience.

The Privada is an up and coming neighborhood that will include a business park, retail shopping and restaurants.  In this neighborhood, there are three different areas to build.  Your custom lots range from 80 to 90k, executive lots 120k to 145k and the acreage lots which are sold out.
